Responsibilities
Perform various administrative tasks in support of Executive Leadership Team such as coordinating meetings, managing calendars, company events, organizing travel, and submitting expense reports
Provide support to the company with faxing, filing, mailings, and other projects
Maintain groceries and office supplies by tracking inventory, anticipating future needs, and ordering supplies as needed
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
Qualification
Required
3+ years professional experience in a similar role
Strong customer service skills and the passion to provide internal and external customers with an above and beyond experience
The ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities at once and think outside the box to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
Preferred
Experience using Concur for expense reports
