Work with high-intent leads from Zillow Preferred (Flex) program

Generate consistent business (2 deals per month)

Engage in personalized mentorship with experienced team leaders

Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Utilize boutique-style marketing resources and branded collateral

Receive admin and transaction coordination support

Qualification

Required

Valid real estate license (REQUIRED)

Prior experience in real estate

Positive, coachable attitude

Strong communication & time management skills

Tech-savvy (CRMs, apps, etc.)
