Labor Relations Coordinator
Henkels & McCoy, Inc. is a leading utility construction firm providing critical infrastructure across North America. They are seeking a Labor Relations Coordinator to maintain and enhance the Department’s Contract and Pension Fund database while gaining hands-on experience in contract administration, wage analysis, and union relations.
Responsibilities
Review and update Contracts Database to accurately reflect all revisions to Collective Bargaining Agreements—building a strong foundation in contract interpretation and labor policy
Maintain and update Pension Fund Database including yearly outreach to Funds—gaining experience in financial oversight and compliance
Review, calculate, and approve Union wage rate schedules—developing analytical and problem-solving skills with direct business impact
Provide administrative assistance to the Vice President of Labor Relations—offering visibility into strategic decision-making and mentorship from senior leadership
