Works Primarily within the Information Systems Department and with vendors
May Occasionally work with other LMHS department employees, physicians or leadership
Provides assistance to physicians and external customers
Able to read, comprehend, and teach complicated and detailed instructions in order to plan and perform position duties
Able to integrate and interpret data from diverse sources in order to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Information Systems and communication related problems
Able to meet deadlines, to plan effectively, pay close attention to details, and follow-up with the customer in a timely fashion
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Qualification
Required
Must live within 45 minutes for possible urgent networking issues
Associate's Degree in Computer Science or similar degree, or have acquired equivalent experience (4+ years)
4+ years experience of Information Technology Support
Proven ability to fix moderate to complex issues related to hardware and software
Proven ability to troubleshoot and correct basic networking issues
Certification(s) related to Networking, Security or other Infrastructure preferred
LMH is accredited by DNV and TJC, and as such, may require specific annual education related to specialty certifications and standards
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar degree, or have acquired equivalent experience (4+ years)
Certification(s) related to Networking, Security or other Infrastructure preferred
