Utilizing Microsoft Excel skills to compile and analyze target company financial data
Participating in discussions with key executives and decision makers
Helping identify potential issues important to clients’ investment decisions
Collaborating with associates and partners
Connecting with a dedicated mentor throughout the internship

Required

Must have completed Intermediate Financial Accounting I
Must have a 3.0 Cumulative GPA
Availability to work in-office during the internship period
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a team

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred

Relevant transaction advisory, audit, finance, investment banking, or private equity internship experience strongly preferred
