The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming experience for clients and drive exceptional client experiences by connecting them with personalized wellness solutions.

Responsibilities
Drive exceptional client experiences using our innovative Service Path, strategically connecting clients with personalized wellness solutions including memberships, gift cards, and tailored service upgrades
Maintain a clean and organized reception/lobby area, ensuring it is always presentable to clients, this will include assisting in light cleaning duties
Be a team-player who is respectful, kind and thoughtful. You will collaborate with therapists, estheticians and other front-of-house staff
Provide excellent customer service skills by welcoming clients with a warm and friendly smile!
Manage the studio's appointment scheduling system, phone, text, and email inquiries

Required
Ability to follow our proven processes to ensure excellent client experiences and to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program
The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients
Enthusiastic communicator with a genuine passion for creating memorable client interactions
