Responsibilities

Full Cycle Recruiting : Manage the end-to-end hiring process including sourcing screening, interviewing and negotiating offers for clinical administrative staff
Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed and many other social media sources and niche medical job boards to build talent pipelines for hard to fill roles
Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with clinic directors to understand specific team dynamics and staffing requirements
Candidate Experience : Ensure a “White Glove” experience providing regular updates and guidance to candidates throughout the interview funnel
Onboarding Coordination: Partner with HR to ensure all credentialing background checks and license verifications are completed accurately before start dates
Market Analysis: Stay updated on healthcare compensation trends and competitor offerings in the local market

Required

5+ years of recruitment experience ideally in healthcare or clinic setting
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations EG HIPAA state licensure requirements
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation persistence and the ability to build rapport with diverse personality types
