Responsibilities
Maintain and document integrated processes across Market Access and Sales functions such as demand / sales planning, forecast development, data management, order fulfillment, and reporting
Develop SOPs, workflows, and process maps for repeatable business operations, benchmarking and reporting
Monitor 3PL dashboard (Power BI) for shipments and sales to distributors, and from distributors to ordering pharmacies (867 data)
Consolidate and validate data from 3PL (Power BI) and specialty pharmacies to support monthly S&OP reviews, and generate informative sales models
Build and maintain dashboards / weekly and monthly reports to track sales and market access performance, provide input to , forecasts, and key KPIs for leadership analysis
Generate regular performance reports integrating payer data into product performance reports (e.g., territory sales, payer and health plan sales) and track inventory aging, order fill rates, returns, back-orders…etc
This role is a shared resources supporting business analysis needs of Finance, Manufacturing, Market Access and Commercial teams for product performance
Schedule and facilitate pre-S&OP, monthly S&OP and other review meetings to ensure all business stakeholders are aligned and action items are tracked & completed
Identify inefficiencies and gaps in current workflows; propose improvements or automation opportunities
Assist in the adoption and implementation of new planning tools or reporting systems
Maintain and monitor key planning calendars, meeting cadences, and data cut-off dates
Qualification
Required
1-4 years of experience in contract analytics, sales operations, business processes management, data analytics, or ERP systems working with or alongside S&OP teams
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Procurement, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with life sciences, pharma distribution, or medical supply chains
Exposure to 3PL, Distributor or Warehousing operations
High level of proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
Strong communication and documentation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high growth environment
