Operations Assistant

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Min 2 years or more of administrative experience or office support experience
Strong data entry and document management skills
Experience in handling phone calls, emails and correspondence professionally
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Problem solving skills and sound judgment in day-to-day task handling
Ability to Communicate effectively in a professional manner on the phone and in emails
