Responsibilities
Film short-form video content in our studio (Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes footage)
Capture process-based content (pressing, design, framing, finished pieces)
Record simple talking-head or voiceover-style clips as needed
Work from a provided content direction or shot list
Edit video content for Instagram and TikTok (trimming, captions, light text overlays)
Write on-brand captions aligned with Olive Branch Studios’ voice
Schedule posts using our scheduling platform
Organize and manage content files
Follow weekly or monthly content plans provided by the team
Qualification
Required
Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok (personal or professional accounts)
Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar
Ability to capture clean, aesthetically pleasing footage on a phone
Understanding of short-form video trends, pacing, and hooks
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Self-motivated, organized, and dependable with deadlines
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Experience with small businesses, creative brands, or wedding-related content
Familiarity with content scheduling platforms
Basic understanding of analytics or performance tracking
