This role involves supporting three attorneys with complex, emotionally sensitive claims and managing a caseload from intake through settlement.

Responsibilities
Handle ~30 cases from intake through settlement
Draft pleadings, discovery, deposition summaries, and legal correspondence
Conduct legal research (Westlaw)
Calendar deadlines and manage litigation timelines
Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and experts
Assist with trial prep and attend trial as needed
Answer phones as part of the team (collaborative culture)
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of Plaintiff PI paralegal experience
Strong drafting, writing, and proofreading skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Preferred
Experience with catastrophic/high‑value cases strongly preferred
Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
