They are looking for a motivated, qualified BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation and coordination across various large-scale infrastructure projects within the NYC Metro area.

Responsibilities
Lead BIM implementation and coordination across architectural, structural, and MEPFP disciplines
Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM execution plans (BEPs), standards, and workflows
Administer and manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 environments
Perform model QA/QC, clash detection, and interdisciplinary coordination
Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and produce clash reports
Support design and construction teams with BIM troubleshooting and best practices
Support Design Services During Construction (DSDC) and construction-phase BIM needs
Have experience working on NYC public agency projects (MTA, DOT, DEP, DDC, DASNY, NYCHA, Port Authority, etc.)
Revit modeling for all disciplines during the design, construction, and post-construction phases
2D Drafting in AutoCAD
Assisting the 3D laser scanning and GPR crew for on-site activities and post-processing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
7+ years of BIM/Revit experience, with 3+ years in a BIM leadership role
Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and ACC/BIM 360
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and construction documentation
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Experience in on-site 3D laser scanning and point cloud processing
Preferred
Experience with large-scale infrastructure, transit, or public-sector projects preferred
Familiarity with NYC agency BIM standards is a strong plus
AutoCAD Civil 3D
Rhino-Grasshopper and Dynamo BIM, and overall computational BIM/design process
Bentley products (MicroStation, OpenBuildings Designer, Synchro, InRoads, ProjectWise)
