Responsibilities
Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to enhance sales skills, objection handling, and value-based selling techniques
Provide coaching on sales techniques through call observations, feedback, and pipeline reviews, reinforcing key skills and refining sales execution
Assess team performance, identify skill gaps, and collaborate with Sales and Client Success leaders to implement targeted training solutions
Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to leadership on areas for improvement and program effectiveness
Work with the Instructional Designer to refine and adapt training materials, ensuring content aligns with business and regional needs
Train teams on CRM systems, enablement tools, and automation technologies to optimize productivity
Stay up to date on product updates and go-to-market strategies, aligning training initiatives with business priorities
Qualification
Required
3+ years in sales enablement or training, focusing on revenue teams (Sales, Client Success, Account Management)
Strong cross-functional teamwork with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
Proficient in CRM systems and sales enablement tools
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
The ability to assess training effectiveness and provide data-driven improvements
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
