Responsibilities
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by accurately responding to high volume calls, scheduling appointments, and handling phone notes
Demonstrate sound judgement in escalating urgent calls and use computer tools like scheduling modules and EMRs
Be able to multitask and handle calls appropriately, using CCHS HEAT methodology when service issues arise
Interacting with patients, physicians, and staff, providing accurate communication
Perform assigned work safely, adhering to departmental safety rules, and report unsafe activities to the manager
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate or GED required
Computer and key boarding skill required
Strong attention to detail
Adaptability
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Prior call center, customer service and medical office related experience preferred
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
