Responsibilities
Provide leadership and strategic direction for multiple sites within the region
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Develop and implement business strategies to drive regional growth and profitability
Monitor KPI and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Ensure sites meet performance metrics, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals
Hire, train, and develop site managers and other key personnel
Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of excellence and accountability
Identify and address operational challenges, implement innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with Business Development team to market regional sites and physicians for new opportunities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and community partners
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between sites and corporate leadership
Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and provide support as needed
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across locations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in life sciences
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in multi-site management, operations, or a related leadership role
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing business units
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and drive performance improvements
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Willingness to travel as required
Must be local to LA, California to travel to 4-5 sites for operational oversight
Preferred
Experience in clinical research industry
Familiarity with regional market dynamics
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
