Intern - Talent Acquisition & Strategy
O'Reilly Auto Parts is offering a Summer Internship Program that allows students to work closely with experienced leaders in various departments. Interns will assist their teams with projects and daily tasks related to Talent Acquisition and Talent Strategy initiatives, while developing their professional skills and creating a Career Development Plan with mentorship.

Responsibilities
Experience contributing to Talent Acquisition and Talent Strategy initiatives, helping O’Reilly meet its hiring and talent development goals
Work alongside recruiters and operations professionals to gain a broad understanding of corporate Talent operations
Projects assigned based on your personal career interests
Ownership over a meaningful project and/or tasks that will challenge you to leave a lasting impact on O’Reilly
A personalized Career Development Plan with the guidance of your mentor
Intern Cohort: complete the program as part of a tight-knit group of interns supporting & learning from each other
Gain exclusive industry knowledge with site visits to our stores and distribution centers
Professional development curriculum with events hosted by experienced professionals
Build connections with O’Reilly team members and fellow interns through social events and activities
Expert education on translating your internship experience to your future job search
Qualification
Required
Actively enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field
Entering their junior or senior year of college (minimum 60 completed credit hours), or be a graduate student
Ability to work full-time (40 hours) for 10 weeks during summer
Excellent communicators, both verbal and written
Hardworking
Enthusiastic to learn and use new skills
Dedicated to always doing their best
Excited to contribute to a culture of teamwork
Committed to approaching their work with a win-win attitude to help everyone succeed
Participate in on or off-campus activities outside of the classroom
