Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements
Coordinate activities for the financial close cycle and ensure timely resolution of issues
Analyze operating and financial data, perform variance analysis, and prepare reports for senior leadership
Track and monitor KPIs, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve performance and efficiency
Lead special accounting projects, including system analysis, testing and process improvements
Provide subject matter expertise on client and vendor contracts, accounting systems, and industry standards
Support internal and external audits, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance
Interpret and advise on contract terms and their impact on systems and outcomes
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of related accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance
Analytical mindset with the ability to perform variance analysis and interpret KPIs
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide guidance to team members
Experience with financial systems and auditing processes
Ability to lead projects and collaborate across functions
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management (preferred)
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
