Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and related proceedings
Provide clear, strategic legal guidance tailored to each client’s circumstances
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and support staff
Maintain consistent, compassionate client communication from intake through resolution
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in Arizona
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent organization and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities
Strong verbal communication skills and a client-focused approach
Preferred
Experience practicing family law, including divorce, custody, support, and enforcement matters
Courtroom and negotiation experience
Exposure to related practice areas such as Criminal Defense or Estate Planning and Probate is a plus
