Responsibilities
Plans and/or performs cycle counting, expired product processing, location audits, and investigates/resolves variances
Participates in the annual physical inventory (Include Prep, Audits, Count, and Reconcile)
Process completed MRB items, which includes stock, system transfers/updates, and product consolidation
Monitors personal and department emails and provides information regarding inventory availability and other related issues
Ensures inventory recordkeeping complies with document retention rules. Supports Lean/5S activities as assigned
Updates issue log
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Someone with Inventory Control experience would be successful in this role
Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 50 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files, etc.) but could weigh significantly more (parts, complete copiers)
Moderate dexterity – regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, stapler)
