Responsibilities
Help shape the strategic direction for the internal operations of one of the largest companies in the US, with a strong focus on identifying and solving internal associate needs
Leverage data and research to help leadership influence long-term, destination backed strategies for our various internal lines of business
Establish easy to consume storylines that help communicate our vision, strategy, objectives, and accomplishments
Help establish an execution framework tying tactics and deliverables to OKRs, top of house imperatives, and strategy objectives to ensure we track, monitor, and communicate progress towards our destination
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Business Analysis, Consumer Insights, Corporate Strategy, or a combination
At least 4 years of Process or Risk Management experience
At least 2 years of Continual Improvement experience
Preferred
5+ years experience influencing technology strategy, developing vision, and tracking progress through OKRs
5+ years experience managing and prioritizing among multiple parallel projects
5+ years experience of written and verbal communication skills with storytelling
