Mid LevelMorgan Mace is working confidentially with a client to build a new, premium YouTube golf channel with serious ambition. They are seeking a YouTube Producer/Editor who can own content end to end, from shaping the shoot to crafting long-form videos that engage viewers.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Own long-form YouTube golf videos from shoot through final cut (20–60+ minutes)
Shoot on location when required (matches, instruction, challenges, travel content)
Shape story, pacing, hooks, intros, and endings to maximize retention
Edit high-performing long-form episodes and cut Shorts designed for discovery
Help define formats, series, and the overall creative direction of the channel
Implement golf-specific visuals (shot tracers, scorecards, graphics)
Collaborate closely with top instructors, creators, and production leadership
Review performance data (CTR, retention, watch time) and iterate creatively
Qualification
Required
Strong portfolio of YouTube-specific video work
Experience editing long-form YouTube content with a focus on storytelling and retention
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar
Comfortable shooting video and managing audio on location
Deep familiarity with YouTube culture and golf content
Strong instincts for pacing, narrative, and audience engagement
Preferred
Experience editing golf content (tracers, scoring, on-course flow)
Understanding of golf rules and terminology
Experience with thumbnails or YouTube packaging
Comfortable traveling for shoots
Opinions on what great YouTube golf content •should• look like
