Own IAM Epics end-to-end, from Lean Business Case through delivery
Translate cybersecurity risks and business priorities into SAFe Epics
Partner with Cybersecurity, Architecture, LPM, Engineering, and vendors
Communicate Epic status, value, and outcomes to executive leadership
Track Epic health, risks, and dependencies; drive decision-making
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity IAM portfolio
Deep IAM expertise
Strategic thinking
Strong cross-functional leadership
Own IAM Epics end-to-end, from Lean Business Case through delivery
Translate cybersecurity risks and business priorities into SAFe Epics
Partner with Cybersecurity, Architecture, LPM, Engineering, and vendors
Communicate Epic status, value, and outcomes to executive leadership
Track Epic health, risks, and dependencies; drive decision-making
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Directory Services (AD, LDAP, eDirectory)
Enterprise IAM (SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC)
Customer IAM (CIAM)
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
Agile / SAFe delivery experience
JIRA and PPM tools (Jira Align, Clarity, Planview)
Strong documentation, roadmap, and communication skills
Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
Preferred
SAFe certification or training
