Sales Training Manager

They are seeking a Sales Training Manager to design and deliver high-impact sales training programs, support Account Managers, and enhance their capabilities across the product portfolio.

Responsibilities
Design, develop and deliver blended learning programs that support strategic objectives across Cycle’s portfolio — including oncology, hematology and rare disease therapies
Create dynamic live, virtual and e-learning content aligned to best-in-class instructional design principles
Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) for sales training content
Assess the evolving training needs of the sales force and deliver tailored learning solutions to enhance skills, product knowledge, compliance and commercial effectiveness
Conduct regular field coaching sessions to observe, support and elevate field team performance
Lead new hire onboarding to ensure new Account Managers have sufficient training to success in their role
Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Regulatory teams to ensure training materials are accurate, compliant and aligned with current business priorities
Collaborate with the People Team to deliver broader professional development initiatives
Track and evaluate training effectiveness through metrics such as time-to-productivity, knowledge retention and sales performance impact
Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously refine training programs
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth through ongoing coaching, development conversations and mentorship
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
Strong pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2 years in a either a training, coaching or leadership role
Exceptional communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Strong analytical skills and experience evaluating training effectiveness
Expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes, compliance standards and the complexities of the rare disease and specialty pharma markets
Willingness to travel up to 50% for field rides, training sessions and company meetings
Preferred
Previous experience training in oncology or hematology is desirable
Field leadership or coaching experience (e.g., as a first-line leader) is a plus
Experience operating effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment
