Responsibilities
Help leaders prepare reports for client meetings, proofreading important documents, and order office supplies
Greet clients and vendors with professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming environment
Be the primary point of contact for callers, providing a helpful approach and creating a positive relationship with clients and customers
Manage the company’s CRM tool and filing system, keeping information updated and accurate
Assist with event planning for birthday’s, work anniversaries, employee recognition, and the company Christmas Party
Identify opportunity for improvement via new processes and better utilization of technology
Update and manage the company’s website and social media pages
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors
