Senior Technical Program Manager, Core ML, Program Management Office

Responsibilities
Provide the required software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes
Work closely with Software Engineers, Quality Auditors, Product Managers and other Engineering and Business teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project life-cycle (build, test and release on time)
Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to Technical Infrastructure stakeholders
Lead several technical programs for the AI2 organization, setting priorities for products and engineering, leading cross-functional teams to take products to market, ensuring success metrics are informing future efforts, and quickly fine tuning the program as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program management
Preferred
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Ability to manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope
Ability to use technical judgment to build consensus, drive projects, schedule, plans, and execution, and communicate status to the stakeholders
Ability to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, define requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally and globally to improve processes and tools
