Responsibilities
Maintains and enhances retailer sales through regular phone communication using an established client list
Manages inventory by analyzing individual retailer sales histories and monitoring overall field inventories to maximize product sales potential
Assists sales and field staff in customizing retailer inventories using weekly sales and departmental production reports
Reviews and processes incoming orders from sales representatives accurately and efficiently
Monitors and tracks order levels to proactively resolve retailer issues that could impact sales or company costs
Complies with all company policies and procedures
Actively participates in training and team learning initiatives
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
Preferred
Experience in sales coordination, inventory management, or related field preferred
Proficiency in MS Office applications preferred
