InternO'Reilly Auto Parts is offering a Summer Internship Program that allows students to work closely with experienced leaders and professionals. Interns will assist their team with special projects and daily tasks, gaining meaningful experience and building their career development plans.

Responsibilities
Assist with the Directors of North America meeting where we bring our top 300 leaders together to review our current work and plan for our future
Contribute to our Strategic Planning process, from data work to streamlining and automating processes
Plan meetings and develop content critical to strategic projects and growth in all our markets of the US, MX, and CA
Qualification
Required
Actively enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field
Entering their junior or senior year of college (minimum 60 completed credit hours), or be a graduate student
Participate in on or off-campus activities outside of the classroom
Excellent communicators, both verbal and written
Passionate about contributing to and being a part of a positive culture based on win-win attitudes
Contribute to their local community through community outreach, service projects, etc
Ability to work full-time (40 hours) for 10 weeks during summer
