Responsibilities
Plan and deliver projects end-to-end, including requirements, design, testing, cutover, and hypercare
Manage RAID logs, budgets, and governance forums
Produce executive-level dashboards and status reporting
Drive operating model and process improvements; document SOPs and control frameworks
Coordinate UAT execution and production readiness activities
Ensure stable post-go-live performance and issue resolution
Align delivery with risk, compliance, and audit requirements, maintaining an auditable change record
Manage IT budget planning and project time tracking using Clarity
Effectively multitask and proactively take initiative when needed
Qualification
Required
10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 5 years in banking or financial services, preferably in custody asset servicing, global markets, or investment operations
Proven delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder programs, including system migrations, regulatory implementations, and client transitions
Experience with IT budget planning and project time tracking, preferably using Clarity
Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall)
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
Demonstrated governance and stakeholder management with senior leaders and external clients
Delivery Discipline: Consistently plans, prioritizes, and executes to target dates with transparency
Risk Control Mindset: Designs solutions that are audit-ready and regulator-aligned
Analytical Problem-Solving: Breaks down ambiguity and uses data to drive decisions
Collaboration: Works cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, Product, and Compliance teams
Change Leadership: Leads teams through complex cutovers and stabilizes environments post-implementation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge of custody operations, including: Corporate actions, Income processing, Settlements (DTC, Euroclear, Clearstream), Reconciliation processes
Familiarity with SWIFT messaging (MT, MX, ISO 20022)
Understanding of cash management and end-of-day processing
Project Management (enterprise-scale environments)
Mainframe technologies including System Z
Enterprise COBOL exposure
