Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy to BHP patients
Lead BHP group therapy
Provide suicide-specific consultation to BHP staff and other McLean units as appropriate
Conduct psychotherapy consultations for inpatients identified as high risk for suicide
Participate in biweekly suicide-focused workgroup meetings
Participate in quarterly Mortality & Morbidity (M&M) conferences
Participate in hospital-wide suicide prevention trainings (1-2 per year)
Receive individual and group supervision for BHP cases
Provide peer supervision to a psychology trainee if in line with training goals
