Articulate the vision for marketing at PwC
Translate vision into a strategic road map and plan
Lead business development efforts and oversee multiple projects
Maintain impactful executive-level client relations
Execute the strategic road map to drive the GMO's evolution
Drive alignment and collaboration across the GMO and stakeholders
Focus on continuous improvement of functional capabilities
Foster an environment of innovation and excellence
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
At least 8 years of experience
Preferred
Master's Degree preferred
Articulating an inspiring vision that drives understanding and commitment
Understanding of modern marketing and sales capabilities
Developing a strategic road map for modern marketing capabilities
Seeking input from specialists to inform strategic planning
Supporting a marketing team through transformation
Understanding complex stakeholder landscapes and developing a stakeholder plan
Navigating complex situations and conducting difficult conversations
Conducting strategic workforce planning for a marketing team
Developing a talent management strategy and managing talent
