New Grad, Entry LevelGrapevine Visual Concepts is looking for a production-minded graphic designer to join their team. This role involves creating graphic templates and production-ready graphics for trade show exhibits, managing the entire design process from pre-flight to final prints.

Responsibilities
Set up custom graphic templates
Collect appropriate background and product information
Consult with clients on design requirements
Pre-flight client-submitted graphic files
Clarify design issues
Create graphic proof sheets for all client projects
Prepare graphics for print production
Produce print-ready, large format graphics
Ensure that projects meet specifications and run on schedule
Attend product update meetings
Create purchase orders for graphics
Work with print vendors to produce and deliver graphics
Deliver final work to clients for review
Reply to questions from clients either directly or through the client representative
Graphic file management and archiving
Qualification
Required
Background in Graphic Design
Program proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
Creativity and imagination
Commercial awareness and marketing skills
Excellent organization and project/time management skills
Communication and team working skills
