Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support payroll, benefits administration, and time-off tracking
Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
Assist with compliance and policy updates as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (or ability to learn quickly)
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
