The Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) will lead and manage the initiative to convert a pre-investment company into a disciplined, integrated operating platform while ensuring growth and accountability across approximately 20 industry platforms.

Responsibilities
Deliver the full industry consolidation roadmap
Ensure each platform meets revenue, EBITDA, cash-flow, and integration targets
Enforce standardized operating models, metrics, and governance
Restructure, or shut down poor investments quickly
Directly lead manage all Industry CEO establish clear expectations with transparent and full accountability
Build leadership and management depth and succession readiness
Make decisive leadership changes when required
Team and goal oriented
Execute industry consolidation using, where applicable, commercial debt, private credit, seller equity (not PE)
Underwrite acquisitions for cash-flow durability and downside protection
Maintain conservative leverage with defined debt reduction timelines
Partner with the Board on capital structure and lender relationships
Own acquisition pacing and sequencing across industries
Ensure rapid, clean integrations using standardized playbooks
Post acquisition integration will be critical to early wins, you are either on the train or off on day 1
Implement financial and sales discipline and accountability ASAP. Nothing is more important than sales. Without sales something terrible occurs: NOTHING!
Qualification
Required
Proven, multi-division revenue focused operator
Experience building, scaling, and leading complex organizations at significant enterprise scale
Accountable for converting a pre-investment, multi-industry holding company into a disciplined, integrated operating platform
Deploying capital, consolidating fragmented markets, installing leadership, and driving durable cash-flow growth across approximately 20 industry platforms
Demonstrating track record of success leading and managing multi-division organizations
Proven execution of roll-ups and integrations
Scaled businesses from ~$50M to a minimum of $500M+ and beyond
Direct responsibility for P&L, capital deployment, and revenue generation
Execution-oriented and decisive
Calm under pressure
Intolerant of dysfunction and politics
Comfortable making hard capital and leadership decisions
