Modification Fulfillment Specialist

Responsibilities

Managing the end-to-end process of modification document handling, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
Serving as the primary liaison with vendors for property reports, title updates, and document reconciliation
Reviewing vendor-provided analyses, resolving discrepancies, and communicating management decisions to ensure vendor systems reflect approved changes
Generating, reviewing, and processing modification documents to ensure compliance and proper workflow statuses are applied
Performing quality control checks on documents before mailing or recording and addressing vendor rejection reports
Monitoring Archer controls and adhering to risk mitigation standards embedded in fulfillment processes
Updating systems of record with approved modification terms and maintaining dashboards and daily status reports
Documenting all actions in designated SharePoint folders and task tracking systems
Managing issue resolution and escalations by handling special requests and complaints
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve title or recording challenges impacting modification eligibility

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Four or more years of experience in administrative support activities

Preferred

One or more years of experience in income calculation/income analysis preferred
Good verbal, grammatical and written communication skills
Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
Proficient PC skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and graphics
Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail
