Responsibilities
Work with all pillars within Enterprise Supply Chain to build out a change management program that will be adopted and utilized
Integrate this program with internal tools/systems while keeping in mind how changes will be submitted, tracking, reporting, etc
Assist with creating and maintaining all change management documentation
Assist with driving end-to-end completion of all changes, ensuring proper global alignment, and maintaining a comprehensive change log
Engage with cross-functional teams when/where necessary to identify scope, constraints, dependencies, and risks associated with any requested changes
Drive communication between cross-functional teams to find solutions for requested changes
Assist with development of any additional XFN programs that may arise; creating documentation and operationalizing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education
5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management
2+ years of experience with Order Management
2+ years experience with change management / version control
Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking to achieve goals
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively across multiple teams in a time sensitive capacity
Self-motivated & highly adaptable, able to work autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Communication and reporting skills
