Responsibilities
Manage Mobius operations, ensuring it is running efficiently and adhering to the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) licensing standards
Positively interact and engage with parents, building rapport, establishing trust, answering inquiries, and demonstrating appreciation for their support of Mobius
Help support the management of enrollment/billing software for students and families
Market the Mobius mission and core values to actively enroll students
Assist students and Mobius Instructors for exceptional experiential learning by providing them with the educational material they need in an activity-based environment
Build relationships with team members to effectively motivate and lead them
Take accountability/ownership of decisions, actions, choices, and outcomes
Maintain current and accurate records for all staff certifications, background checks, and continuing education documentation
Coordinate required ongoing professional development and continuing education hours for all Mobius Instructors, ensuring they meet or exceed the state’s annual training requirements
Participate in all required Director-level licensing and health/safety trainings to ensure the center remains compliant and inspection-ready at all times
Serve as the point of contact for all licensing visits, renewals, and audits—promptly addressing any noted deficiencies and implementing corrective actions as needed
Stay informed of all updates to Wisconsin childcare regulations, policies, and best practices, communicating changes to staff and integrating them into daily operations
Oversee and document fire, health, and safety drills, ensuring they occur on a consistent, regulated schedule
Coordinate with team members to ensure student health and safety is a priority at all times
Manage the overall center environment, paying close attention to detail and effectively managing the flow of students, parents, customers, and team members
Manage student engagement and ensure instructional staff are frequently interacting with students to answer questions or provide additional assistance
Prepare, maintain, or oversee the preparation, opening, maintenance, and closing of the center
Be available and respond promptly to inquiries about Mobius programs
Provide exceptional customer service to potential students and their families through professional conduct and answering any and all questions
Respond to potential enrollments in person, by email, by phone, and from the Mobius website, and follow up on interested parents or special event program inquiries
Ensure all students are positively welcomed, greeted, and introduced to all Mobius Instructors
Re-enroll currently enrolled students as their enrollment expires
Make parents feel welcomed on the phone, in-person, and through email to foster and maintain a positive, engaging experience
Actively seek to satisfy customer/parents needs and requests by providing exceptional customer service and re-aligning expectations to increase customer satisfaction and retention
Qualification
Required
Must have experience in an administrative position at a childcare or educational facility
ProCare experience is required
Applicants must provide a current Wisconsin Registry Certificate or a detailed educational background (transcripts/diplomas) to verify eligibility for this position
At least 21 years old
High school diploma or equivalent, or a post-secondary early childhood training program certificate/diploma
Experience working with children in a group setting
Wisconsin Registry Certificate credentials
Detailed educational background (transcripts/diplomas) to verify eligibility for this position
Pass the DCF Fingerprint-based Background Check
Preferred
ProCare experience is preferred but not required
