Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP testing activities across multiple modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors, etc.)
Define overall QA and Test Strategy , including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
Prepare and review Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Traceability Matrix
Coordinate and execute:
Unit Testing support
System Integration Testing (SIT)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Regression Testing
Manage defect lifecycle using tools such as ALM, Jira, Solution Manager, or Azure DevOps
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and project quality standards
Collaborate closely with:
SAP Functional and Technical teams
Business stakeholders
Program/Project Managers
Provide regular QA status reports, metrics, and risk assessments to leadership
Mentor and guide QA team members (onshore/offshore)
Support cutover activities and post-go-live validation

Required

12–15+ years in SAP Quality Assurance / Testing
Only USC & GC
Strong experience in SAP QA / Test Lead roles
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA testing
In-depth understanding of SAP business processes
Experience with test management tools (HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager, Jira, etc.)
Knowledge of manual testing and exposure to test automation tools
Strong defect management and reporting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Preferred

Experience in SAP upgrades, rollouts, and global implementations
Exposure to Automation tools (Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Worksoft, etc.)
SAP certification in relevant module(s)
Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models
