Own issue resolution, enhancements, and configuration changes
Support BAU operations, testing, and release cycles
Act as a senior functional SME, working directly with stakeholders
Ensure platform stability and best-practice configuration
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience in Workday Benefits
Proven background in post-production / AMS environments
Senior-level functional capability with minimal oversight
Preferred
Workday certification preferred
