Responsibilities
Lead the full financial planning cycle: forecasting, budgeting, and medium/long-term projections
Coordinate financial performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities for proactive recommendations
Manage cross-functional financial projects with regional or corporate impact
Develop advanced dashboards and executive reports for decision-makers
Act as a business partner with strategic areas (sales, marketing, operations)
Evaluate investment cases, product profitability, mergers, acquisitions, and/or expansions
Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all critical financial information
Lead the implementation of improvements in financial processes, automation, and standardization
Qualification
Required
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Experience in financial analysis within multinational companies
Advanced English
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Experience using Oracle Hyperion and SAP
Strong communication skills to interact with leadership and translate analysis into actionable recommendations
Leadership without authority, proactivity, strategic thinking, and results orientation
Preferred
Applied knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and financial automation is a plus
