Responsibilities
Package product into boxes and prepare for shipment
Check for quality issues to product and contact team lead with issues
Ensure you have enough supplies at your station (boxes, tape ect.)
Keep station clean at all times
Follow safety guidelines at all times
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred
Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential
Ability to follow standard work instructions is required
Able to effectively communicate
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
Ability to reach over head, squat, and bend at the waist
Ability to lift boxes from 0-50 lbs depending on the line assigned
Ability to climb up and down stairs throughout a 12 hour shift
Tolerance of standing posture continuously for 12 hours
Intense walking is involved
Able to tolerate working environment with inside excessive hot and cold temperatures
Ability to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, bend throughout the duration of the scheduled shift
Prolonged standing while performing the duties of the job
Job requires high level of manual dexterity with repetitive use of hands, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles
Preferred
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
