Responsibilities
Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with 08+ years of P&C Domain experience
Hands on experience of working on projects implemented using Agile methodologies
Experience of interacting with Business stakeholders and IT stakeholders to understand the requirements and translate them into functional requirements that can be used by Development and Testing Teams
Experience in writing User Stories, Acceptance criteria in the Gherkin language
Experience of Testing (User Acceptance Testing) is needed
Must possess good communication and analytical skills
Problem solving and facilitation skills
Should have experience of working independently with minimal guidance from leads / managers
Hands on experience of the Guidewire Policy and Claims Centers. Has Knowledge on the API's, Application Development and Microservices
Guidewire Analyst certification is added advantage
Qualification
