Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max with budgets of $25K+ monthly
Develop keyword strategies, ad copy tests, bidding plans, and audience segmentation
Own the SEO roadmap, including technical audits, keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and link building
Monitor performance using leading analytics and SEO tools; deliver actionable insights and reports
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align SEM/SEO with overall marketing strategy

Qualification

SEM expertiseSEO expertiseAnalytics tools proficiencyCampaign managementHTML/CSS knowledgeAnalytical skillsCommunication skills

Required

4+ years of digital marketing experience with deep SEM and SEO expertise
Proven success managing large-scale paid search campaigns and optimizing SEO content
Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools (e.g., GA4, Semrush, Moz)
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present insights to leadership

Preferred

Knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred
Experience with consumer brands, agency background
