Responsibilities

Drive commitments into the firm’s investment programs through relationships with institutional investors and financial consultants
Monitor key trends within the industry to help set sales strategy / sales campaigns focused on the Northwest based investor segment, identify conferences focused on territory, etc
Set meetings with key stakeholders within the territory
Act as “relationship manager” for key stakeholders within respective territory
Collaborate / communicate all activity to general field sales, senior management, etc. for incorporation in general CRM system, ensure all relevant parties are informed of progress, etc.; manage pipeline of opportunities
Knowledge of private markets is required

Required

Experience selling private alternative investments to the institutional investors is required
Knowledge of private markets is required
Undergraduate degree with strong academic background
10+ years of experience working within the investment industry (either selling to and / or working at / with prospective investors or financial consultants, where candidate would have deep relationships within the segment)
Strong networker with the ability to source opportunities independently
Strong project / process management skills and the ability to work well with others and operate in an entrepreneurial environment
Organization and attention to detail required
Series 7 & 63 licenses are required
