Responsibilities
Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple internal sources and relational databases
Build dashboards, data models, and reports that help teams understand trends, risks, and opportunities
Communicate insights clearly through presentations, visualizations, and written summaries
Apply best practices in data visualization to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain organized workflows
Support the adoption of standardized reporting and visualization guidelines across the organization
Work with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, DAX, GitHub, and others
Qualification
Required
1–10+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, visualization, or BI development
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Proficiency with SQL and strong knowledge of database fundamentals
Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Power Pivot, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (required)
Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, Math/Statistics, Business, or a related field
Preferred
Familiarity with paginated reporting tools (Power BI Paginated Reports, SSRS)
Bonus skills: DAX, M language, GitHub, Figma, or other relevant technical tools
