Commercial Solutions Engineer - Western US

As a Commercial Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with customers and account executives to design solutions that address complex problems, guiding customers through onboarding and implementation while providing feedback to product teams.

Responsibilities
A strong motivation to support sales processes and contribute to revenue goals
The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to audiences ranging from drone pilots to senior executives
A solutions-focused mindset, with experience translating complex use cases into operational workflows and scalable deployment practices
Technical competence and a background in related fields such as aviation, engineering, computer science, software development, or hardware design
Qualification
Required
Ability to travel up to 70%
Ability to obtain required drone pilot certifications, including FAA Part 107 or local equivalents
Located West of Colorado
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs when needed
Preferred
Experience in unmanned aircraft operation, design, development, or regulatory environments
Experience in one or more of our core commercial segments (Utilities, AEC, Security, Oil and Gas)
Familiarity with integrations, REST-based APIs, or similar technologies
Networking experience or certifications (e.g., CCNA)
Experience with GIS, photogrammetry, or survey/mapping workflows
