Qualification
Required

Knowledge of insurance products including auto, home, life, and health insurance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Organizational skills to manage client accounts and maintain accurate records
Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM tools
A state insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is required
Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent
