Director of Strategic Partnerships
Levacy Legal is not a traditional law firm, but an investor-focused, institutional-grade real estate firm. They are seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to design and execute marketing strategies, manage relationships, and represent the brand at events in Tampa Bay.
Responsibilities
Architect Campaigns: Collaborate with the Managing Partner to design outreach campaigns targeting high-value clients and lead sources
List Building & Intelligence: Research and qualify target lists
Asset Creation: Draft the outreach scripts, design the direct mail "shock and awe" packages, and organize the logistics for hosted events
Direct Outreach: Execute the campaigns you designed. Run LinkedIn Sales Navigator, manage direct mail drops, and pick up the phone to book coffees and lunches
Pipeline Management: Convert leads into booked meetings
Attend Events: Attend select industry events with or without the Managing Partner and represent the brand. Your job is to understand the key players in the room, build rapport, capture their information in an organized way and set up next steps (i.e. a follow-up lunch, a transaction, etc.)
The Follow-Through: Ensure every handshake from the event before turns into a scheduled meeting and/or a CRM entry within 24 hours
VIP Retention Protocol: Execute a "White Glove" retention strategy for our top clients and referral partners (e.g., sending personalized gifts, tracking birthdays, coordinating quarterly "Power Lunches")
CRM Hygiene: Maintain a pristine database. Ensure every contact is tagged by "Avatar" (e.g., •Tag: VIP-Broker•) so our outreach is hyper-targeted
Local Authority: Manage the firm’s Google Business Profile by posting weekly updates and uploading photos from field visits to demonstrate local dominance
Qualification
Required
Extreme Organization: You will be managing complex campaigns and relationships with other attorneys, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, large developers, etc
Hunger & Autonomy: You are a self-starter and aggressive in the best way possible
More Than Just a Participant: You don't just attend events that we designate; you research which events matter and why

Former Real Estate Agent (who understands the industry but prefers strategy/networking over transaction chaos)
B2B Sales Representative or Business Development in Title/Lending/Legal
High-End Hospitality Manager or Event Coordinator looking to pivot into Corporate Strategy
