Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 IT support to end users
Assist with software installation, configuration, and basic system maintenance
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform minor PC hardware repairs (RAM replacement, SSD cloning/replacement, laptop troubleshooting, etc.)
Support Mac, Windows, and Linux environments (Windows-heavy)
Assist with Active Directory user and system support
Support warehouse systems (SAP experience is a plus, but Latitude is the current system—training provided)
Jump in to support teammates as needed and assist the IT Supervisor
Deliver excellent customer service with clear and professional communication
Qualification
Required
Provide Tier 1 IT support to end users

Strong interest in the hardware side of IT
Experience supporting laptops, desktops, and peripherals
Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS (Linux exposure a plus)
Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
Strong troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Someone who is motivated, dependable, and eager to grow

Preferred
Experience with SAP or warehouse systems
Previous hands-on IT support experience in a fast-paced environment
