Responsibilities
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles across the organization
Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and financial models that provide business insights
Analyze revenue, margin, and expense trends to identify key drivers and performance indicators
Collaborate with cross-functional partners—including Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, and Business Unit teams—to support financial planning needs
Opportunity to partner directly with Executive Level Team & help drive & influence business decisions
Contribute to ad hoc financial projects, strategic analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
0–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields (internships included)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field required
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating multiple deliverables
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and maintain confidentiality
Preferred
Experience working with large data sets or financial models preferred
Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or a multi-business-unit organization is a plus
Experience with BI tools is a plus
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new systems and financial processes
