Responsibilities
Manage project administration, schedules, submittals, and cost tracking
Serve as the link between field operations and office teams
Maintain and update project schedules (Primavera P6)
Review time, quantities, cost reports, and project trends
Manage RFIs, change orders, plan revisions, and progress documentation
Coordinate permits, subcontractor approvals (KDOT), and railroad activities
Communicate directly with owners, engineers, subs, and suppliers
Lead project closeout documentation
Qualification
Required
Heavy civil or transportation project management experience
Proficient in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working on-site and owning project details
Preferred
Experience with Primavera P6
